Youth Training & Empowerment Classes

In a group fitness setting, children of various ages are given the opportunity to learn some of the vital life skills necessary to assist in their daily life. The mission and goal of the Youth and Empowerment class is putting our youth in a position to be successful, while engaging in health and wellness related fitness training, addressing overall health, in a fun safe welcoming setting. Boxing and self-defense fundamentals, taught by our experienced and skilled instructors who focus on basic technique from stance, punches, foot work and defensive skills meeting everyone where they are physically and mentally.

The teamwork concept is proven successful through our peer-to-peer teaching partnered with encouragement and positive motivation, inspiring and elevating each other as leaders, builds confidence through a supportive network. Valuable lessons learned in this type of environment, where inclusivity is a standard. Together youth learn and share many of the challenges and difficulties they face daily, bullying, social media pressure, drug abuse, distorted body imaging and acceptance to name a few of the challenges. Empowering our youth to improve their lives and lives of others around them while young athletes accomplish their goals!
